In the unlikely event that our Customer Care team are unable to resolve your complaint, and you are still not satisfied following the conclusion of our complaints handling procedure, then you may refer your complaint to the European Commissions Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, which is a Certified Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Provider (http://ec.europa.eu/odr). We will respond to any complaint referred to us by Online Dispute Resolution.
